We’re upgrading the Control Panel used to manage our services during September and October 2026. The aim is to make managing your services simpler and more intuitive. You’ll get a new, modern interface that includes all the familiar features you already use.
The upgrade applies to the Control Panel where you manage your service settings and features. Your Customer Area, where you manage your account details, billing, and view your services, will not be affected.
What does the upgrade include?
The upgrade affects the Control Panel interface and design. With the new Control Panel, you’ll continue to manage:
- Website settings
- Email services
- Domain settings
- Databases
- Backups
- Application installations
What’s changing and what stays the same?
What’s changing
- The Control Panel will have a new look and a modern user interface. All the familiar features will still be available, but they’ll be easier to find and use.
- Applications such as WordPress can be installed using the user-friendly Softaculous installer.
- Backups can be managed using the intuitive SuperBackup backup tool.
- Email mailing lists will no longer be available.
- Dynamic DNS will no longer be supported.
- Site Publisher will no longer be supported. Websites created with Site Publisher will remain online, but they can no longer be edited after the upgrade.
- Websites built using Perl or Python cannot be managed or updated through the new Control Panel.
- The Web Disk feature will no longer be available. Your files will remain available and can continue to be accessed through File Manager and FTP.
What stays the same
- All your service settings
- Files, databases, and other data stored in your service
- Your IP address
- Your websites, email services, and other hosting services will continue to work normally after the upgrade.
Do I need to do anything?
No.
The upgrade will be carried out automatically and requires no action from you.
We’ll send you an email two business days before your scheduled upgrade with the exact date and time. We recommend avoiding any changes to your website, email accounts, or service settings immediately before and during your scheduled migration.
Your services may experience temporary interruptions while the upgrade is in progress. All your existing settings, files, and databases will remain unchanged. Please note that backups created before the upgrade cannot be restored through the new Control Panel after the migration. If needed, our Customer Support team can restore these backups for you.
When will my service be upgraded?
Upgrades will take place on business days during September and October 2026, between 6:00 and 9:00.
Each service will be assigned its own upgrade schedule. You’ll receive an email with the exact date and time two business days before your service is migrated.
If you have multiple services, you’ll receive a separate notification for each one.
How the upgrade works
- You’ll receive an advance notification by email in mid-August.
- Two business days before your scheduled migration, we’ll send you an email with the exact date and time.
- Your Control Panel will be upgraded at the scheduled time.
- During the upgrade, the Control Panel will be unavailable.
- We recommend avoiding changes to your website, email accounts, or service settings immediately before and during the upgrade.
- Your services may experience temporary interruptions while the upgrade is in progress.
- Once the migration is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Our new Control Panel is WePanel, developed by team.blue. It has been designed to provide a clear, intuitive user experience while retaining the functionality you’re familiar with.
The new platform also provides a stronger foundation for continuous service improvements. WePanel enables us to introduce new features more efficiently and further enhance your overall experience.
